Detailed Description:
vertical sealless pumps are corrosion-resistant FRPP or PVDF construction. No metal contact. No pump bearings, bushings or seals. Self priming when immersed. Runs dry without damage. Temperatures up to 100℃.
These vertical pumps have been applied to applications such as Sump Pumping / Draining, Transfer Pumping, Recirculation Pumping, Plating, Wet Fume Scrubbing, Waste Treatment, Wet Processing, Etching and Filtering.
JK's JKP vertical pumps are compact, portable, and self-priming when immersed. Simple and light in design and efficient in performance, this pump has only one moving part. Constructed completely of FRPP,CFRPP or PVDF where in contact with the solution, this pump is suitable for pumping, agitating, filtering, or circulating acid and alkaline solutions (pH 0-14), abrasive fluids, and other corrosive solutions. Because PVDF is ultra pure, it is recommended for use in high purity deionized water, HF, and liquids that must remain contamination free.
The vertical pump -JKP series has a rigid, solid stainless steel, one-piece rotor drive shaft covered with a two-piece sleeve and impeller. Titanium shafts are available as an option. Because of the unique double impeller design, this pump has no seals, no pump bearings, no bushings, no wearing parts, and thus bearings, no bushings, no wearing parts, and thus requires little maintenance.
Vertical alkaline resistant pump-JKP are versatile, easy to install and require a minimal amount of tank space, thus saving valuable floor space.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
1. JKP series vertical pumps are manufactured from higher grade raw material and can be define to FRPP,PVDF for customer selection；
2. The vertical pump JKP series are designed to tun installed in the tank or process module,expect 1/8hp,1/6hp,all the test model have a slotted air gap in the pump base and a dry vapor seal ,there by preventing chemical penetrating to the motor bearing;
3. It is designed to inside tank and can be fitted together with filter system;the pump are used in a wide range of applications from chemical recirculation to process modules;
4. The weight of the pump is lighter,leak free operation and easy maintenance;

7.For corrosive environment, it is recommended to use Titanium bolt and nuts and Epoxy paint on motor body to prolong motor lifespan;
