2.Voltage
The DC voltage of the silicon controlled rectifier and the high-frequency rectifier should be 0-12V, and the hard chrome plating of large parts is best selected as 15V;
3.Low ripple
3.1.If the ripple coefficient is too large, it will cause cracks in the chromium plating layer, affecting the hard plating and brightness of the chromium layer;
3.2.Thyristor rectifier and high-frequency rectifier select low ripple output. Selecting thyristor under high current has advantages, good stability, low failure rate, and low cost compared to high-frequency rectifier ripple;
